Trend-watching event
Overview

The project SMART ADRIA Blue Growth aims at promoting a blue and sustainable economic growth, at a regional tier, by promoting fruitful cooperation between public and research institutions alongside the business world and the trade associations.

For such reason, the Biosciences and Territory Department of the University of Molise will carry out a “Trend Watching event”, i.e. a panel discussion with the Regione Molise and those businesses representing the “blue” economy at a local level. Its purpose is to single out and promote a production chain that would involve numerous fields: from fishing and aquaculture activities, through catering, all the way up to coastal tourism ones.

To mark the occasion, a Cooking show will take place on 28 April 2022 at 12.30 at the Ristorante Svevia, in Termoli (CB). Next, the panel discussion between public institutions and private businesses is scheduled, with a brief presentation of SMART ADRIA Blue Growth project and a proposal of a trial project, followed by a discussion with the enterprises and conclusions.
